Soon we will be there – in August, as evenings grow cooler and gardens, cottages, and patios fill with festive hats, schnapps, and drinking songs. We then invite you to a crayfish party in "Emanuel's cottage." We will serve Swedish crayfish, classic accompaniments, and Stenborgare in the glasses. It will be an evening where shells are discarded freely, with family warmth and Swedish cultural heritage at its heart, while "The Dream Carriage" rolls through the evening for a touch of decadence.
