Operakällaren

Tradition, Quality & Innovation

Operakällaren, which opened in 1748, is one of Sweden's most prestigious restaurants. Under Tore Wretman's leadership from 1955, Operakällaren became a renowned gastronomic institution that introduced new cooking techniques and made the restaurant internationally renowned. Since August 2024, the Michelin-starred restaurant is led by Daniel Höglander and Emanuel Tärnqvist.

Operakällaren boasts one of Sweden's largest and most impressive wine cellars, Nobiskällaren, which contains around 2,500 labels from the most prominent wine producers worldwide.
